Johnson County's Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP)
Special Edition: March 2025
We are excited to announce the launch of our Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance the health and well-being of our community. This plan brings together local organizations and residents to address key health challenges, including healthcare access, housing, mental health, and food security.
Through collaborative efforts, we aim to improve overall health outcomes, reduce disparities, and promote healthier lifestyles for everyone. By focusing on equitable, sustainable solutions, the CHIP will empower collaboration to build a stronger, more vibrant community.
